This March, we are excited to host a Wine Dinner featuring the exceptional wines of Borgo San Daniele, in partnership with our friends at Curated Wine Group. Borgo San Daniele is one of Italy’s most awarded small independent producers, winning the esteemed Tre Bicchieri award (three glasses) over 10 times—an impressive achievement among Italy’s 1 million producers.

A special highlight of the evening will be the attendance of Mauro Mauri, co-owner and winemaker, who will share the story behind their wines and insights into their winemaking philosophy.

Based in the charming Italian town of Cormons, siblings Mauro and Alessandra embody true craftsmanship, guided by a natural, biodynamic approach that aligns perfectly with Mr. Crisp’s wine philosophy.

As Mauro notes, “Surrounded by our vineyards, woods, meadows, and local fauna, we care for our land with love, ensuring harmony with the nature that surrounds us.” Their commitment to sustainable viticulture is evident; since 1990, they have adopted practices that limit environmental impact while ensuring the health of their vineyards.

Join us for a five-course dinner expertly crafted by Chef Carlos Baez, perfectly paired with Borgo San Daniele wines, along with a welcome pour. Tickets are $115++ per person, with gratuity added at checkout.
